Senior Application Developer - D365

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of customizations, integrations, and extensions in D365FO/CRM based on business needs.
2. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical oversight and ensuring adherence to best practices.
3. Address and resolve advanced technical challenges, ensuring system stability and performance.
4. Design and implement robust integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
5. Conduct code reviews and optimize system performance through effective troubleshooting and debugging.
6. Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals.
7. Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
8. Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 advancements and proactively recommend enhancements to existing systems.
9. Handle assigned assets securely and maintain confidentiality of credentials.
10. Report any data loss, potential breaches, or unauthorized access promptly.
11. Comply with DynaTech IT&IS policies and participate in Cyber Security awareness training.
12. Ensure responsible usage of access rights and follow security protocols in daily tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in application development, with at least 4 years working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or FO.
3. Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies is a plus.
4. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly preferred.

Key Competencies/Skills:

1. Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, X++, JavaScript, and other programming languages used in D365FO/CRM development.
2. Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
3. Expertise in RESTful APIs, OData, and middleware tools for system integration.
4. Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database optimization techniques.
5. Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team, fostering a collaborative environment.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Ability to ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and validation.
8. Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
9. Enthusiasm for learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
