Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of customizations, integrations, and extensions in D365FO/CRM based on business needs.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical oversight and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Address and resolve advanced technical challenges, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Design and implement robust integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Conduct code reviews and optimize system performance through effective troubleshooting and debugging.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals.
- Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 advancements and proactively recommend enhancements to existing systems.
- Handle assigned assets securely and maintain confidentiality of credentials.
- Report any data loss, potential breaches, or unauthorized access promptly.
- Comply with DynaTech IT&IS policies and participate in Cyber Security awareness training.
- Ensure responsible usage of access rights and follow security protocols in daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in application development, with at least 4 years working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or FO.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies is a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly preferred.
Key Competencies/Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, X++, JavaScript, and other programming languages used in D365FO/CRM development.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, OData, and middleware tools for system integration.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and validation.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Enthusiasm for learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
