Job Description:

Job Summary

Expertise in development and maintenance of

• Salesforce Developer Toolkit Service Cloud - Email2Case, Web2Case, Chat, SMS2Case, Phone2Case, CTI Vendors

• Salesforce Service Cloud - CRM Analytics & Service Business Processes ,Omnichannel, Knowledge, Case Routing, Queues

• Salesforce Service Cloud - Public Groups, ,User Group Assignments, sharing rules

 

• Automation of the business processes using Salesforce automation tools: Lightning flows, Workflows, Assignment Rules, and Alerts

• Using OOB, Configuration and Customization - Lightning components, APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Formulas

• Experience with data updates / data migration using Data Loader and other Salesforce tools

• Strong experience with building the integrations between Salesforce and Cloud/On-Prem external applications using REST, SOAP APIs,

oath and Single Sign-On

•  Strong experience with Salesforce Governor limits

 

•  Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics

•  Lead discussions and negotiations with business representatives about requested functionality

•  Lead/participate in the code reviews and ensure the code achieves appropriate test coverage

•  Experience working with 3rd Party implementation partners with on/offshore resources

•  Understanding and working experience of the DevOps processes: migrate changes from development to QA to production environment using Flosum or other industry leading tools.

Preferred Skills

•  Train and support end users on Salesforce functionality

• Understanding and working experience of the DevOps processes: migrate changes from development to QA to production environment

using ANT, Flosum or other industry leading tools

• Strong knowledge of the Scaled Agile Methodology including program increments, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other Scaled Agile ceremonies

• Salesforce Certification:  Admin, Platform Developer 1

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field - Preferred
