Hello,
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Support Engineer with strong expertise in Apigee Hybrid and API managementrelated support. This role demands hands-on troubleshooting, platform monitoring, and in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes environments.
Experience: 59 years
Location: Hinjewadi Phase II, Pune
Shifts: 6 AM3 PM and 2 PM11 PM
Work Mode: Hybrid - 3 days WFO
Must-Have Skills
- Apigee Hybrid (mandatory)
- Strong exposure support, monitoring, complex L2/L3 troubleshooting
- API management platform support
- Experience in Kubernetes (AKS, OpenShift)
- Mentoring exposure
- Effective communication skills
