About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Angular Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications and can take ownership of front-end architecture and delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing robust UI solutions, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications using Angular (latest versions).
• Lead front-end development initiatives and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to convert designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.
• Work with back-end teams to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and proactively suggest improvements.
• Take ownership of assigned modules, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Technical Requirements

UI / Frontend

• Strong understanding of the 12-column Bootstrap grid system and responsive design principles.
• Experience building mobile-first and responsive navigation components using Bootstrap.
• Ability to customize and extend Bootstrap styles using CSS.
• Hands-on experience with DOM manipulation, event handling, and interactive UI scripting.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript concepts, including closures.
• Experience working with Angular Material and Bootstrap frameworks.

Angular / Core Skills

• Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration using Angular HTTP Client.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (NgRx or similar).
• Expertise in Angular CLI optimization and package managers such as NPM.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and accountability for deliverables.
• Ability to delegate tasks and guide team members when required.

Nice to Have

UI

• Experience translating designs from Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools into production-ready UI.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading and efficient DOM updates.

Angular / Advanced

• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript (interfaces, generics, decorators).
• Experience building Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
• Expertise in lazy-loaded routing, route guards, and complex navigation flows.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools.
• Experience contributing to code reviews and collaborative development.
