Senior Analyst – US Mortgage Loan Servicing

Myfinser is a fast-growing global services company specializing in virtual business process solutions for international clients. This role is part of our specialized mortgage support team, serving a U.S.-based client.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support loan servicing operations for residential and commercial loan portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Board closed loans into Mortgage Automator
• Post borrower payments (ACH, wire, CSV uploads)
• Track interest accruals, maturity dates, and loan balances
• Administer and reconcile construction draws
• Prepare payoff statements and calculations
• Reconcile servicing system with internal tracking spreadsheets and general ledger accounts
• Generate monthly lender reports
• Review ACH forms and conduct new loan setup audits
• Perform quality control audits on newly onboarded loans
• Track corrections and trailing documents
• Maintain customer accounts and post transactions (payments, fees, NSF)
• Update servicing system (property releases, interest rate changes)
• Monitor insurance (Homeowners, Flood, Liability) and process force placement notifications
• Monitor property tax obligations and escrow processing
• Run expired reports and maintain accurate servicing data
• Respond to borrower, lender, and title inquiries

Qualifications & Experience

• 35+ years of U.S. mortgage loan servicing experience
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial loan servicing processes
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros)
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
• Knowledge of underwriting principles and lending regulations preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA, CFA, or postgraduate degree)
