Key Responsibilities T&E Reimbursement & Corporate Card Claims Audit

An expert in T&E - Audit all expense reports of US, Canada & identify gaps, fraudulent & non-compliant expenses. Report & fix root causes.
Should be able to understand the US culture based spends to assess expense types & validity
Knows the policies for travel & expense, across US, Canada, China & India
Provide timely assistance and customer-oriented support for incoming queries and issues related to T&E processes
Partner with and supports requestors, stakeholders and employees to solve more complex issues related to the T&E process
Participate and assist in driving the knowledge management process including the development of user manuals, knowledge bases, FAQs, etc.
Support the measurement and delivery of service levels and T&E KPIs
Own the delivery of all T&E daily operational tasks ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provide support in compliance relevant aspects: reporting, investigation of specific cases, analysis of expense report
Ability to build dashboard based on spend analysis

Key Competencies

SAP Concur & Verify Expertise is MUST
Should have 7 years experience in T&E US based client.
ERP / Applications SAP
Should be flexible for any shifts
Accountable & owns the processor
Require strong IC in T&E who can handle the process with less intervention
Excellent communication oral & written is MANDATE, as this person will be interacting with all US based employees
