Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Senior Analyst to lead analysis and optimization efforts across our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Human Resource Management System (HRMS) platforms. This role will bridge business needs with technology, ensuring data-driven decisions and seamless system performance.

Key Role Deliverables:

• Analyze CRM and HRMS data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements, translate them into system enhancements
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership visibility
• Support system configuration, testing, and deployment of new features or modules
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across platforms
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system issues
• Provide training and documentation for end-users
• Stay updated on CRM/HRMS best practices and recommend upgrades or new tools

Technical skills required:

• Experience with system integrations and API workflows
• Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management)
• Familiarity with CRM workflows (lead management, customer segmentation, campaign tracking)
• Certification in CRM or HRMS platforms (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Workday Analyst)
