The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the activities of the UK Leasing team by capturing, enhancing, and maintaining lease and leasing activity related data with particular focus on inputting JLL transactions into our Kato platform across different geographies and asset classes. This will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate completion of project tasks as assigned or discussed. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the effective management and maintenance of the web platform, working closely with leads from different functions. They will also be tasked with managing a centralized mailbox to capture and address all related requests efficiently.

Accurately input and manage data in systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Perform data validation, verification, and cleansing activities to maintain data accuracy.

Leveraging multiple sources of information and content to build and maintain a holistic view of available and transacted commercial properties.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide recommendations for data collection and reporting strategies.

Creating and populating pre-set client-specific interest schedule templates with viewing/interest data.

Verifying recorded transactions for use as comparable evidence in client reporting.

Utilize SharePoint or other inhouse web platforms to organize and store data, ensuring easy access and efficient retrieval.

Manually reviewing datasets to make changes to the rates.

Utilizing data from other platforms to populate values or contact agents to select potential options.

Reviewing and consolidating output from media monitoring.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with strong communication skills to foster effective collaboration with peers.

What this job involves:

Web Platform updates: Have hands on experience working with data management platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of user experience and a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in seamlessly navigating various sections of the platform and making necessary edits is essential.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, effectively keeping all stakeholders informed about task progress and communicating timelines clearly. Should approach requests with a process-oriented mindset, actively seeking opportunities to automate solutions and streamline processes.

Collaborate with team members: Offer valuable insights and foster effective communication with team members to enhance overall process efficiency.

  • Experience with transaction management platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with real estate market data sources and Platforms.
  • Proficient user of the tools: Advance Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook etc.

Employee specification

  • A Master’s/bachelor’s degree in technology or similar fields.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in Data entry using web platforms
  • Shift timings: 1 PM – 10 PM IST
  • Location: Gurugram, Haryana
