Senior Analyst- Power Platform

What You Will Do

• Build custom business applications using both Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and scalability requirements.
• Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support administration activities, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), master data management, and training programs.
• Lead code reviews and apply design principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Assist the Hardware-Software Testing team in test planning, defect resolution, and ensuring application quality.

What You will need:

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Desired)

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline with 4-7 years of work experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps development.
• Experience in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, or other data sources.
• Experience with software/hardware testing and documentation.
• Knowledge of the medical device industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related technologies.
