Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Analyst – Order Management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order processing and contract management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations. In addition, you will get an opportunity to work on various transformation projects focused on process simplification, enhancement and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders by drafting contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other Internal teams to resolve order-related issues and improve workflows.
- Maintain meticulous attention to contract details, ensuring alignment with billing policies.
- Analyze order management processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in revenue recognition processes and support audit requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, SAP, and other tools for reporting, data analysis, and process optimization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Order to Cash experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Business degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels, functions, and geographies.
- Problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of EX platforms would be plus.
- Customer service-oriented mindset, working collaboratively to improve processes and customer experiences.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
