Senior Analyst - Campaign Management Team (CMT), USI NSE, Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Senior Analyst, part of the Campaign Management Team, will support the teams within the Clients & Markets Strategy, Corporate Affairs and Client Relationship Development departments in the delivery of their marketing campaigns and activities. The Campaign Management Team is an integral part of the Agency model, supported by specialist teams (UX & development, creative studio, event management, etc). It is expected that the role will sit within a team of nine members and will report to the Assistant Manager and the Manager. The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the USI India Integrated Marketing team.
The team:
The Campaign Management Team supports the delivery of Clients & Markets priority campaigns, initiatives, and events for a dimension of the firm, as prioritized by the Brand & Marketing leadership team.
A key component of our agency model, this role serves as the cohesive force that unites specialist services from various teams, including UX, creative, film, and events, to ensure the delivery of highly effective campaigns that meet deadlines and budget requirements for our internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of campaign briefs, SoW, and project time plans.
Work with other agency specialists to deliver specific deliverables for campaigns or initiatives within the SLAs and Teams with specialist groups and other Deloitte resources to ensure an integrated campaign/initiative.
Responsible for managing the project lifecycle of marketing activities, campaigns, and projects across the full spectrum of Strategic Clients & Markets Offerings, industries, and business areas within the firm.
Support for the creation of the list of clients to target for each campaign, where necessary liaising with account teams within each area and making full use of the firms CRM processes.
Contributes to relevant background work to ensure the success of the campaign/initiative.
Contributes to campaign reports highlighting results and identifying areas for further improvement. Working on post-campaign debriefs.
Advises stakeholders on budgetary conditions while recommending corrective actions, for example, estimate revisions, and scope adjustments.
Ensures overarching campaign goals and objectives are identified, documented, and accomplished while carefully managing scope, schedule, time plan, decisions, and interim milestones within agreed schedules.
Lead project status meetings with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to generate action plans and maintain project schedules.
Sense checks the quality of work done by Analysts and associate Analysts, ensuring the deliverables meet the client's expectations.
Work with the Assistant Manager and Manager to identify opportunities for improvement.
Supports the creation of report dashboards for internal teams and extended leadership.
Contributes to other operational activities to help the business run efficiently.
Requirements
Postgraduate, preferably an MBA in marketing with 4-6 years of experience in campaign management.
Strong project management skills are preferred. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives; works well under pressure, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Understands the breadth of capability of Deloittes wider C&M teams and is able to bring this to bear on campaigns.
Team player shows evidence of working with others to get things done, specifically across a matrix structure.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, including presentation skills, who clearly articulates priorities and expectations.
Passion for and understanding of the Deloitte brand and professional services.
Evidence of participation and interest in the broader activities and positioning of the firm.
Experience working in professional services / multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience in digital channels, including email marketing, website content, and social media.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, with a high sense of ownership.
Expertise in project management tools and CRM platforms like Salesforce is preferred.
Experience in handling invoicing tools like ARIBA is an advantage.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI and Tableau, is required.
