• Strong experience in SQL

• Experience in Telecom Billing or Technical Support

• Manual Tester

Domain Preference

• Candidates with Telecom domain experience
• Exposure to AMDoc CRM or CSG billing systems will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and triage production issues related to telecom billing systems.
• Investigate incidents using SQL queries and system logs.
• Manage tickets and workflows using Jira / ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure timely resolution and documentation of incidents.
