What you will be doing at Evalueserve :

• Supporting the DCM team of a leading bank in preparing Pitch Books, Capital structure analysis, Debt Profiles, Credit Memos, Sales Memos and Road Show Presentations
• Working on Daily and Weekly Debt Capital Market updates and newsletters comprising general commentary on markets, secondary trading levels, yields and recent issuances
• Supporting the client on various issuer/target related analyses including Credit Highlights,
• Liquidity Analysis, Balance Sheet analyses, Credit Ratings Assessment, and Competitive
• Benchmarking
• Working on Covenant Analysis, Headroom analysis and financial modelling

What were looking for :

• Should be well versed with Debt/ Loan capital markets (analysis required for bonds issuance, syndicated loans, private debt placements)
• Should be well versed with Office 2007 specially Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, Loan Connector, LCD etc.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in Client handling
