Position Overview: We seek a talented and creative Designer to join our dynamic Digital Marketing/Social Media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that enhances JLL's brand presence across various Digital Marketing platforms.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Design and produce engaging visual content for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
• Create graphics, infographics, animations, and short & long video content that align with JLL's brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Short & Long video creation using Canva and Adobe Suite
• Collaborate with the social media team to develop creative concepts that support marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Design all digital assets for JLL which include but not limited to Social media posts, Videos,Emailers, Banners etc.
• Adapt designs for different social media platforms and formats
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices in design
• Ensure all designs are on-brand, innovative, and effectively communicate JLL's message
• Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive social media content
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in social media design or digital marketing design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design work
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
• Understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirement
• Excellent visual and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is beneficial but not required
