Responsibilities

• A Minimum of 2+ years work experience in US Residential Mortgage in Origination.
• Expertise in identifying post closing document identification including LE, CD and all other relevant and applicable documents.
• Expertise in identifying the Income documents and capture appropriate information to feed the LOS (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income)
• Expertise in identifying the Credit documents and capture appropriate information to feed the LOS (Credit Report / LOE / Credit Supplement / Bankruptcy / Foreclosure / other public records)
• Expertise in identifying the Collateral documents and capture appropriate information to feed the LOS (All types of Appraisal / AVMs / HOI / Desk Review / MI / HOA)
• Expertise in identifying the Collateral documents and capture appropriate information to feed the LOS (Bank statement / VOD / IRA / 401K / Stocks & Bonds / LOE / Gift fund)
• Must have experience in understanding all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/Construction
