Senior Analyst, COE, Strategy & Solution, FinTech

Role and Responsibilities: ·

• Provide support for the global Pre-sales team from a technical perspective · System installation, including Java JRE download and installation, relational database installation, data model installation and upgrade scripts, setup and configuration of event-driven framework, configuration of real-time data feeds, etc.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support to the Presales team with respect to AWS and Calypso application.
• Support and maintain the presales AWS environment, across all designated servers globally.
• Work with product Support teams for Presales environment fixes.
• Work on AWS and Calypso environment deployment and upgrades
• Take part in the RFx process to complete the RFx deliverables in time
• Optimize the manual process
• Extend necessary support in Preparation of Demos including analyzing use cases / test scenarios to create Plans, maintenance & preparation of demo environment, writing custom codes.
• Research, coordinate and Work with R & D & Presales and gather information to update “Presales Environments” from time to time.
• Upgrade Presales Environment periodically and conduct / participate in UAT process
• High willingness to learn in the areas of new innovations and should keep abreast of relevant new Calypso features / releases.
• Working hours may involve shifts (Morning, Evening) to support Market Specialist based in Singapore, EMEA & US region (No Night Shift)

We expect you to have 


• Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience in Technical Roles for Capital markets (preferred) with Cloud technology.
• Strong Technical knowledge of AWS, Java, Spring boot, Oracle, PostgreSQL Strong Technical knowledge CI/CD, Dockers. Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Strong Understanding of Integrations, Infrastructure management, APIs, ETLs is must
• Linux, Windows server, middleware technologies, networking, and Shell scripting experience is desirable
• Should have knowledge of Presales Process
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills
• Must have good knowledge of PowerPoint Presentation.
• Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment · Educational Qualification Minimum Graduation (BE/ BTech/ Science) – IT / CS

It would be great if you

• Cloud technology experience, implementation, maintenance and delivery Experience in Tools such as GIT, JIRA, Salesforce, Confluence, Jenkins will be an added advantage
• Experience with capital market software such as Calypso will be an added advantage
• RFx, Client proposal and Client communication
