Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Analyst Marketing Operations to partner closely with India and onshore teams to support and transform global marketing operations.

This role will start with hands-on operational execution (quality checks, data updates, documentation) and gradually evolve into workflow ownership, cross-regional coordination, and mentoring junior team members.

The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving skills, and leadership potential. Experience with marketing, proposal, and workflow systems is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with global standards
• Perform QA checks on marketing and client service materials within Seismic
• Manage and support workflows in Workfront, including task updates and routing
• Track and manage process tickets in Jira, ensuring timely closure
• Perform manual data updates, audits, and corrections in external databases
• Support proposal and content creation, updates, and QA using Qvidian
• Build dashboards and support automated sales reporting using Seismic data
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation; identify efficiency and automation opportunities
• Act as a key communication link with onshore and cross-regional stakeholders
• Escalate issues proactively and support resolution planning
• Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members over time

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, process management, or data-focused roles
• Hands-on experience with Seismic, Workfront, Jira, Salesforce, and Qvidian (strongly preferred)
• Advanced SQL skills complex queries, data validation, and automation support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and operational accuracy
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Demonstrated leadership potential and accountability
