7. Job Description:

Evaluate, structure, and execute private equity and growth investment opportunities in line with the funds strategy.

Conduct in-depth sector and sub-sector research to identify attractive investment themes and develop differentiated investment theses.

Perform comprehensive due diligence across commercial, financial, operational, and legal dimensions.

Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment materials, including investment memos and committee presentations.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics to support investment decision-making.

Collaborate closely with senior team members throughout the deal lifecycle, from origination to execution and closing.

Support portfolio monitoring and performance tracking, including KPI analysis and reporting to the investment team.

Work with portfolio company leadership to drive value creation initiatives, including strategic planning, operational improvements, fundraising, and growth execution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, portfolio company management teams, industry partners, and other key stakeholders.

Stay abreast of market developments and industry trends to proactively identify new investment opportunities.

8. Experience and skills :

Demonstrated experience managing multiple investment transactions end-to-end, including sourcing, execution, and exits.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to evaluate complex financial and business information.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to independently identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities.

9. Personal Attributes:

Ability to work against tight deadlines.

Ability to work on unstructured projects largely independently.

Expertise, or great comfort with numbers.

Working knowledge of various statistical tools will be an added advantage.

Experience in research s analytics, proficient knowledge of financial markets
