US Industries team Senior Analyst

US Industries team is looking for highly motivated individuals with expertise in communications, attention to detail, positive attitude, presence and ability to interact across many levels to support delivery of projects with Deloitte member firms around the world.
Work youll do
As a part of this team, you will be responsible for:
Manage internal web portals for aligned industry through extensive use of technology (SharePoint, HTML)
Check for completeness & consistency of content (content management)
Post content to the web portal as per the taxonomy, tag content, and archive content.
Communicate with clients for projects including project planning, reporting
Compile content usage reports related to the knowledge portal
Derive insights and develop client recommendations
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design solutions
Build aligned Industry knowledge
Collaborate with US Senior Managers and USI Knowledge Services colleagues in developing/maintaining knowledge repositories with aligned industry specific intellectual properties
Develop deep knowledge of the aligned industry to analyze industry-related information and advice on product improvement ideas
As one of the senior members, perform quality analysis of deliverables from the team and provide guidance to improve on overall team quality
Help USI Assistant Manager in acquiring projects for the team and in measuring successes using analytics solutions
Network within firm, compile suggestions, and implement solutions for improving platform content and features
Search the database to ensure submitted content is not a duplicate of materials already published in the portal.
Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content within the portal
Ensure 100% compliance with established site development and maintenance processes
Act as a "go to" person for all the analysts in resolving their technical and customer request issues

The US Industries team works with customers/ stakeholders across Industries to win and deliver work, connect knowledge systems, services and content that accelerate our speed to market, speed to proposal, speed to proficiency, enrich collaboration and engagement and, consistency of delivery among Deloitte professionals.
Qualifications Required:
Knowledge of web technologies/platforms such as HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SharePoint Online, InfoPath, Nintex, CSS, jQuery
Strong problem-solving capabilities, with an interest in innovative and creative thinking
Self-directed, comfortable working independently and without daily supervision
Ability to productively manage and work within a virtual team
Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel & PowerPoint) with an advanced level of Excel skills
Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
Suggest practical solutions and partner with clients to implement the solutions
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
Self-motivated and strong team player
Assist in project management activities including scoping, planning, resource mapping, work allocation, scheduling, and quality reviews
Guide team members (Analysts) on technical skills, and industry knowledge
Fair understanding of project management skills
Meticulous and Detail-oriented
Good understanding of metrics and dashboards
Knowledge of various KX products (Assets, Quals, etc.)
Knowledge on SEO and practices
