Key responsibilities:

• Support the in-country deployment of Cashflow Forecasting, Bank Transaction Journal Automation, and Cash Pooling Structures across Dentsu to the following KPIs:
  • On time delivery
  • To the correct quality specification
  • Aligned to the global model
  • Within Budget
• Analyse Bank Statement data and update new cash flow rules to categorize actual transactions across all transaction types, ensuring accuracy and completeness of actual cash flows.
• Analyse forecast data to ensure accuracy and completeness of forecast cash flows.
• Analyse camt bank statement data to support the statement migration project.
• Configure and unit test cash flow rules in the Coupa Treasury system.
• Ready test environments for each relevant market in readiness for E2E and UAT testing and provide testing support.
• Provide support to testers and Finance Transformation teams during testing, to help close/solve outstanding cases.
• Attend regular project meetings with Treasury Project Management and local project resources, to ensure adherence to project plans.
• Update Group Treasury Management regularly with statuses on actions.
   

Professional skills:

• Educated to Postgraduate/Graduate standard or equivalent.
• Excellent Excel Skills and Data Analytical skills.
• Experience with finance cashflow analysis is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, skills to ensure that all project teams are supported through the project delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to work without being micro-managed on a daily or weekly basis.
• Awareness of when to escalate issues and problems to project managers promptly.
• Enjoys being part of a team and is fully engaged to contribute to the team to share knowledge.
