Senior Analyst - Digital Analyst

Digital Analyst Role Overview:

We require a Digital Analyst to help us analyze data, identify actionable insights, and optimize our digital performance. This role will be crucial in developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to inform decision-making across the organization.

Key Requirements:

•Experience: 3-5 years in a digital analyst role (or similar), with a preference for experience in the healthcare industry.

•Web Analytics Expertise: Proven experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

•Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations.

•Reporting & Communication: Experience creating and presenting reports to stakeholders, with a focus on data storytelling.

•A/B Testing: Preferred experience with A/B testing methodologies.

Responsibilities:

•Develop and automate recurring reports and dashboards.

•Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance.

•Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.

•Provide actionable insights to improve digital performance.

•Ensure data accuracy and data quality.

•Create compelling data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

•Collaborate with Product, Data, Enterprise Analytics, and SIV teams.
