Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Identity Management Solutions Expert to lead, support, and expand our identity management systems. This role will primarily involve managing Hybrid Active Directory and its integration into the Identity ecosystem.  This position offers the opportunity to deeply understand our identity environment and support initiatives for secure, efficient identity management.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary AD Solutions Leadership: Oversee Hybrid Active Directory solutions, focusing on Administration, Delegation, Auditing and Reporting to ensure streamlined identity processes, compliance and security.
• Hybrid Identity & Certificate Management: Manage Entra ID, particularly Conditional Access Policies and Privileged Identity Management, and configure Hybrid AD/Entra ID deployments. Administer Certificate Services and PKI infrastructure for secure, efficient authentication.
• Identity Lifecycle & Governance: Facilitate full lifecycle management, governance, and compliance across identity platforms, including support for protocols like SAML, OIDC, SCIM and OAUTH.
• Emerging Technologies & Training: Grow into specialized areas such as ISPM, ITDR and Modern Authorization through dedicated training, enhancing our identity resilience and security capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Core Identity Technologies: 10+ year experience in administering Identity systems and supporting infrastructure.
• Cloud Identity & Hybrid Deployments: Proficient with EntraID, including Conditional Access and PIM, with experience in hybrid AD/EntraID environments. 5+ yrs of experience is required.
• Certificate & PKI Management: Knowledge of Certificate Services and PKI infrastructure to secure authentication and access management.
• Identity Protocols and technologies: Expert in identity protocols, standards and technologies such as PAM, SSO, MFA, Authentication, Authorization, Federation, and Password Management. 10+ yrs of experience is required.
• Scripting & Automation: Experience with PowerShell, Python, or PowerAutomate for identity automation.
