AI/ML Engineer Generative AI & Multi-Agent Systems

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer skilled in designing, building, and deploying LLM-powered multi-agent and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith, with proven experience in LLM fine-tuning, speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) integration, and scalable deployments using modern cloud platforms.

Mandatory Skills

• Deep hands-on experience with LangChain , LangGraph , and LangSmith .
• Strong understanding of LLM prompt engineering , tool usage , and multi-agent orchestration .
• Proven experience in RAG pipeline design document loaders, retrievers, embeddings, and vector stores (Postgres, Chroma, Pinecone, etc.).
• LLM fine-tuning using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or HuggingFace.
• Integration of STT/TTS services (Azure Speech, Whisper, ElevenLabs, etc.).
• Experience deploying AI services on Azure , using Docker , FastAPI , or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with LangSmith for evaluation, monitoring, and tracing agent performance.

Optional / Nice-to-Have

• Experience building or deploying ML/DL models using Scikit-Learn , TensorFlow , or PyTorch .
• Knowledge of neural network architectures , transfer learning , and MLOps pipeline

• Supporting: STT/TTS APIs, Vector Databases, FastAPI, Docker

Experience

• 6+ years of total experience in AI/ML development.
• Minimum 4+ years working directly with LLM systems , RAG architectures , or agentic AI applications .

• Clear communication and documentation ability.
• Rapid prototyping.
