Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ML, Deep Learning, NLP , and exposure to LLMs and Generative AI , with the ability to translate business problems into scalable, production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models for complex business use cases.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, tuning, and optimization .
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines integrated with production systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders .
• Deploy and monitor ML models on AWS, Azure, or GCP .
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets at scale.
• Apply best practices for model evaluation, performance monitoring, and retraining .
• Contribute to LLM-based and Generative AI solutions (prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings advantage).
• Document models, experiments, and system designs.
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML advancements and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering .
• Strong expertise in:
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning
• NLP frameworks
• Hands-on experience with:
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Hugging Face (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries.
• Experience deploying ML models on AWS / Azure / GCP .
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design .
• Experience with LLMs and Generative AI is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
• Exposure to RAG pipelines, vector databases, or embeddings.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
