Hiring: Senior AI Voice & Agents Engineer

Infolabs Global is looking for an AI expert who doesn't just call APIs but builds the intelligence behind them. We are developing proprietary voice agents and need someone who can master the entire pipeline from model training to real-time deployment.

What Youll Do:

• LLM Mastery: Fine-tune and train Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically for conversational flow and low-latency response.
• Voice Stack: Scale real-time voice agents using LiveKit and WebRTC.
• Proprietary Tech: Enhance and optimize in-house STT & TTS engines (Whisper, Bark, etc.).
• Agentic Workflows: Build autonomous multi-agent systems with advanced tool-calling and memory.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in AI/ML with a heavy focus on LLM Training & Fine-tuning.
• Deep experience with different open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen) and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA).
• Hands-on experience with real-time audio streaming protocols.
