We are looking for highly skilled Senior AI/ML Python Engineers to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions
Architect advanced AI systems including Agentic Workflows, LLM Integrations, MCP-based solutions, and RAG pipelines
Develop scalable Python applications, REST APIs, and microservices
Implement CI/CD, model evaluation, observability, and monitoring
Provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural guidance
Mandatory Skills
AI / LLM Expertise
Strong understanding of Transformers, Attention Mechanism, Tokens, Context Windows
Hands-on with multiple LLM providers (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Qwen, etc.)
Experience with decoding strategies, prompt engineering & context optimization
Agentic Systems & Orchestration
Multi-step agent workflows (Planner / Worker / Critic / Router / Supervisor roles)
Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Temporal, Orkes, Google ADK
A2A (Agent-to-Agent) collaboration
RAG & Knowledge Systems
End-to-end RAG pipelines (ingestion chunking embedding retrieval synthesis)
Hybrid search (Vector + Keyword + Filters)
Enterprise data integration (PDF, HTML, SharePoint, SQL)
MCP & Tools
Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation
Secure tool integrations with validation and fallback strategies
Guardrails & Evaluation
Prompt injection defense
ReAct patterns, self-critique flows
Telemetry, token cost monitoring, performance optimization
