Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into our products and services, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets for training and validation.
• Optimize model performance and scalability in real-world applications.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics and automation.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to integrate AI solutions.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring continuous improvements.
• Develop and maintain APIs for AI-driven chat responses and data ingestion.
• Ensure AI models are efficiently stored and retrieved from vector databases.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and ML.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Expertise in web frameworks, particularly FastAPI.
• Proficiency in working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience with databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Weaviate (vector databases, semantic search, hybrid search, distance metrics).
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs) and Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and NLP techniques.
• Knowledge of vector embeddings and semantic search.
• Experience in infrastructure management, including Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP/Azure).
• Experience in MLOps and CI/CD for AI models.
• Ability to design and deploy Merchant-specific API endpoints for AI-driven chat responses and data ingestion.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing and model optimization.
• Experience in productionizing AI solutions in real-world applications.
• Experience with OpenAPI (Swagger) for API documentation and usability.
