Senior AI/ML Engineer

About Us

We are a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in Data Science, Optimization, and GenAI with clients across retail, manufacturing, pharma & healthcare, financial services, supply chain, and more.

We are now looking for a hands-on Senior AI/ML Engineer (4+ years) who can lead end-to-end engagements from exploration to deployment with a strong focus on unstructured data, LLM applications, and real-world AI systems .

Key Responsibilities

Unstructured Data & GenAI

• Design and develop LLM-driven applications including RAG, agentic workflows, prompt orchestration, and domain-tuned models.
• Build NLP pipelines for classification, extraction, summarization, OCR/NER , and insight generation.
• Work with multi-modal data and contribute to early-stage Computer Vision use cases (classification, detection, quality control).

Forecasting & Predictive Modelling

• Implement statistical, ML, and DL forecasting models (ARIMA, Prophet, hierarchical/causal/time-series ML).
• Design model selection frameworks, feature engineering pipelines, and scalable inference engines.

Engineering & Deployment

• Build and deploy APIs using FastAPI / Streamlit , containerize using Docker , and automate pipelines.
• Deploy and monitor solutions on Azure or AWS using best practices in reproducibility, CI/CD, and version control.
• Collaborate with Power BI engineers to integrate outputs into client-facing dashboards.

Consulting & Internal Accelerator Development

• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured ML solutions.
• Contribute to internal accelerators for GenAI, forecasting, optimization, and automation .
• Work closely with cross-functional teams operations, consulting, and leadership to drive delivery.

Required Skills

GenAI & Unstructured Data

• Strong experience with Transformers, LLMs, embeddings, RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex , or equivalent.
• Hands-on with NLP tasks : NER, QA, summarization, topic modelling, semantic search.
• Exposure to OCR/CV pipelines (OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron2, or similar).

Core Data Science

• Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• SQL, data modelling, feature engineering
• Forecasting: ARIMA/SARIMA, Prophet, ML-based forecasting, hierarchical forecasting

Deployment & MLOps

• Docker, FastAPI/Streamlit
• MLflow or similar tracking system
• Azure/AWS for ML deployment, storage, model endpoints

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to own projects end-to-end
• Comfort working in a lean, high-autonomy consulting setup
• Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of operations research / optimization models
• Experience integrating ML outputs into Power BI
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience
• Exposure to multi-agent/agentic AI frameworks
