What Youll Build & Own

Design and ship production-grade GenAI features end-to-end

Build and optimize RAG pipelines using LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases

Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) into backend systems

Improve latency, cost, reliability, and evals for AI workflows

Work directly with founders, product, and US stakeholders

Write clean, scalable code not POCs that die in notebooks

Influence architecture, tooling, and AI best practices

What Were Looking For

59 years of software engineering experience

Strong hands-on experience with AI / ML / GenAI in production

Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prompt orchestration, Agentic AI

Experience with vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)

Strong backend skills (Python preferred; APIs, async systems, data pipelines)

Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Startup mindset ownership, speed, and pragmatism
