Role Description: Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled AI professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI and ML solutions development, in particular Generative AI, Agentic AI, Vision Language Models (VLMs), and Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, etc . You will play a critical role in developing innovative Enterprise AI applications and systems using the latest advances in AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications using Agentic AI tools, LLMs, VLMs and ML models integrating AI models, agents, and business data to automate workflows, enhance productivity, and deliver adaptive, data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customised solutions.
• Continuously explore the latest research, experiment with new techniques, and integrate them into production systems.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in building enterprise AI solutions using different AI technologies, in particular Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Advance skills and experience with Generative AI models such as Vision Language Models (VLMs), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Image Diffusion Models (e.g., Stable Diffusion).
• Strong experience in using Gen AI tools and design patterns e.g. RAG, Agent AI, and building multi-agent AI applications
• Experienced in using Microsoft Generative AI technology stack such as Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Agent Framework, Azure Agentic SDK, Azure AI Search, and Dataverse.
• Strong programming skills in Python and deep learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV.
• Advanced skills in object detection and segmentation using tools like DINO, SAM, YOLO, and Faster R-CNN are desirable.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field. A masters or PhD is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving ability and experience in delivering production-grade AI solutions.

• Contributions to open-source AI/computer vision projects.
• Research publications in recognised AI journals or conferences.
