The Role

Were looking for a Senior NLP Engineer to help evolve and scale the Kyo AI Engine . This is an applied role , not a research one as youll be working on production-grade NLP systems that power live customer insights for global brands.

Youll take large, messy, multilingual data and make it usable, accurate, and fast bringing intelligence into where people work (Slack, Zendesk, Teams, and more).

What Youll Do

• Design, train, and deploy custom NLP/LLM pipelines for text understanding, classification, summarisation, clustering, and semantic search.
• Build intelligent data enrichment pipelines that improve model precision over time.
• Ensure our models are trustworthy, explainable, and measurable balancing innovation with reliability.
• Contribute to AI Ops, eval and observability frameworks to continuously monitor model drift and quality.

Youll Fit If You

• 48 years of experience in applied NLP / ML engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs , transformers , semantic search , and text analytics .
• Deep understanding of text preprocessing, vector databases, clustering, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Strong bias for simplicity, performance, and real-world usability not just benchmarks.
• Value velocity over process you believe in learning by shipping.
