Job Title: Senior AI Automation & Agentic Systems Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer specializing in Agentic AI systems, LLM integrations, n8n automation, and AI Voice technologies to design, build, and deploy intelligent automation platforms and AI-driven workflows.

This role involves building end-to-end AI systems from model integration and workflow orchestration to production deployment of AI voice agents and autonomous AI agents capable of decision-making and task execution.

You will work on AI-powered voice call systems, LLM-driven agents, and business process automation , turning advanced AI capabilities into real-world production solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI & LLM Systems

• Design and develop agent-based AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks
• Build autonomous AI agents using:
• OpenAI / Anthropic / open-source LLMs
• Tool use, memory systems, and multi-agent orchestration
• Implement:
• RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
• Vector search pipelines
• Context management & long-term memory
• Develop AI agents that integrate with:
• CRMs, ERPs, databases, APIs, and internal tools

AI Workflow Automation (n8n & Beyond)

• Design complex business automations using n8n
• Build AI-powered workflows that include:
• LLM decision nodes
• API integrations
• Conditional logic and branching
• Webhooks and event-driven systems
• Automate operational processes using AI-driven triggers and actions
• Develop reusable automation modules and connectors

AI Voice & Conversational Systems

• Build and deploy AI voice call agents
• Integrate:
• Speech-to-Text (STT)
• Text-to-Speech (TTS)
• Real-time voice streaming APIs
• Develop LLM-powered voice bots for:
• Customer support
• Lead qualification
• Appointment booking
• Automated call handling
• Optimize latency and response quality for real-time conversations

AI Model Development & Production

• Work with foundation models and fine-tuned models
• Experience in:
• Prompt engineering
• Model fine-tuning (LoRA, adapters, etc.)
• Evaluation & performance tuning
• Build AI solutions from scratch to production , including:
• Data pipelines
• Training pipelines
• Model serving infrastructure
• Ensure model scalability, monitoring, and reliability

Deployment & Infrastructure

• Deploy AI systems to production environments (cloud/on-prem)
• Set up:
• API services for LLM applications
• Model hosting infrastructure
• Workflow servers (n8n, automation services)
• Implement logging, monitoring, and observability for AI systems
• Optimize cost, performance, and scaling of AI workloads

Required Technical Skills

AI / LLM

• Strong experience with:
• OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
• Prompt engineering & system prompt design
• RAG architecture
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, etc.)
• Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)

Automation & Integration

• Strong hands-on experience with n8n
• REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth
• Integration with business tools (CRM, ERP, ticketing, etc.)

AI Voice Stack

• STT: Whisper, Deepgram, AssemblyAI, etc.
• TTS: ElevenLabs, Azure TTS, Google TTS, etc.
• Real-time communication:
• WebRTC / Twilio / SIP / VoIP APIs
• Conversational flow design

Programming

• Python (mandatory)
• Node.js / JavaScript
• FastAPI / Flask / Express
• Async programming for real-time systems

Data & ML

• Data preprocessing & dataset preparation
• Model evaluation metrics
• Fine-tuning workflows
• Understanding of transformers & embeddings

DevOps / Deployment

• Docker, containers
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Model serving (vLLM, HuggingFace Inference, custom APIs)

Databases

• SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

Experience Required

• 3+ years in software development
• 2+ years in AI/LLM-based systems
• Proven experience building:
• AI agents
• LLM applications
• Automation systems
• AI voice or chatbot solutions
• Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments
