Role Description

The Senior Affiliate Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position entails overseeing and managing affiliate partnerships and advertiser relationships while driving growth through outreach, sales, and relationship-building strategies.

Responsibilities include managing affiliate accounts, monitoring campaign performance, optimizing partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams and direct clients to meet performance and revenue goals.

The candidate will also provide regular reporting and analysis, ensuring the client and partner objectives are consistently met.

Candidate with experience of onboarding 50+ direct clients located globally and in India will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Affiliate Management and Account Management to build, nurture, and optimize partner relationships for CPI/ CPA campaigns.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with partners, clients, and internal teams.
• Proven experience in Sales and business development, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and growing partnerships.
• Knowledge of Online Marketing strategies and tactics to enhance campaign performance and partner success.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Previous experience of Minimum 5+ years in the Ad Tech industry or affiliate marketing or Ad Sales is mandatory
• Previous Experience of delivering results and handling revenue of more than 50000$ at-least every month will be preferred.

Compensation - Salary + Variable based upon the achievements
