Job Description
Nextagmedia is looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team onsite and drive performance growth across our affiliate channels.
If you have strong experience in affiliate marketing, scaling campaigns, managing publisher relationships, and negotiating high-impact deals we want to hear from you!
What you'll do:-
- Manage & grow affiliate partnerships
- Drive revenue through CPA/CPL/RevShare models
- Optimize campaigns & identify scaling opportunities
- Negotiate payouts and exclusive deals
- Mentor junior team members
What we're looking for:-
- 4+ years in affiliate/performance marketing
- Strong network of affiliates & publishers
- Data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
