Key Responsibilities:

• Publisher Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality mobile publishers (Direct & Networks) for CPI/CPA/CPR campaigns.
• Portfolio Management: Manage and scale a portfolio of publishers, ensuring volume consistency and retention.
• Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms (payouts, caps, payment cycles) to maximize margin while keeping publishers motivated.
• Traffic Optimization: Utilize MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) to monitor KPIs, ensuring high-quality traffic and fraud prevention.
• Strategic Growth: Leverage your existing network in key markets (India, China, Global) to ramp up traffic for our exclusive offers.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in an Affiliate Network or Performance Agency (Mobile side).
• Network: A strong, existing network of direct publishers and media buyers is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with tracking platforms (trackier, Affise, etc.) and MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust).
• Mindset: You are a "Hunter." You don't wait for leads; you go out and get them.
• Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain long-term relationships with international partners.
