Senior Advisory Consultant

People Equation is building the next generation of HR Advisory at the intersection of strategy, capability transformation, and AI-enabled delivery. This role sits at the heart of that mission. We are looking for a high-caliber HR Consulting Specialist who combines the intellectual rigor of a strategy consultant with deep domain command across performance, rewards, and organizational design. You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, leading engagements end-to-end from diagnostic framing through structured solution design to high-impact delivery. This is not a support role. You will own outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Engagement & Relationship Leadership

Lead client-facing consulting mandates with the credibility and precision expected of a seasoned advisor. Own the client relationship build trust, manage expectations, and deliver with consistency across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Domain Excellence Across Core HR Tracks Architect and deliver strategic solutions across:

Performance Management policy frameworks, goal architecture, calibration design, and implementation roadmaps

Organization Design structural diagnostics, operating model design, role clarity, and span-and-layer analysis

Rewards Strategy total compensation philosophy, benchmarking, incentive design, and pay equity frameworks

Structured Problem Solving & Solution Architecture

Apply hypothesis-driven thinking to ambiguous, complex client challenges. Translate diagnostic insights into clear, actionable frameworks and implementation plans with the intellectual rigour that senior clients demand.

High-Impact Communication & Deliverable Quality

Produce board-ready decks, structured frameworks, and documentation that set the standard for clarity, precision, and insight. Every deliverable should reflect strategic depth and consulting excellence.

Multi-Client Portfolio Management

Operate effectively across concurrent client engagements balancing rigor with agility and managing competing priorities without compromising on quality or stakeholder experience
