Hiring: Senior Admission Counsellor | upGrad
Location Gurgaon
MonSat | 10:30 AM 7:30 PM
We are looking for Senior Admission Counsellors to engage with leads, qualify learner interest, and schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions for upGrads career programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with assigned leads via auto-dialer
- Qualify prospects and build learner rapport
- Schedule Video Counselling sessions
- Update lead details in CRM
- Meet daily calling and VC booking targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of EdTech sales / Admission Counselling experience
- Graduation mandatory (Study Abroad experience is a plus)
- Strong English communication & persuasion skills
- Target-driven, Individual Contributor role
