Job Description
- Convert prospective enquiries into confirmed admissions through structured, result-oriented counselling.
- Proactively follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to ensure higher conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and daily counselling activities.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining high ethical and counselling standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.
- Strong ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Basic working knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or MS Excel for data management.
- Target-driven mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with students and parents.
