Role: Senior Admission Counselor

As a Senior Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in driving enrollments by counseling prospective learners and helping them choose the right upskilling programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students via calls, video sessions, and in-person meetings
• Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
• Drive admissions and achieve revenue targets
• Manage end-to-end admission process (follow-ups, documentation, fee closure)
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for seamless learner onboarding

Requirements:

• 36 years of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or EdTech sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Customer-focused with a consultative approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
