Role: Senior Academic Counselor
Location: Noida (India)

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Lead Management: Call and counsel prospective learners from campaigns, website, and referrals;
maintain daily follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email; update CRM/Google Sheets with accurate
remarks.
Counseling & Need Analysis: Understand background, experience, and career goals; map
learners to suitable programs; conduct structured discovery to address gaps.
Product Pitching: Present program outcomes, tools (Python, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, ML, GenAI),
live projects, mock interviews, and job assistance clearly and confidently.
Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain lead stages (New / Warm / Hot / Not Interested / RNR / Follow-up
Date); ensure no-lead-drop with timely touchpoints.
Sales Closure: Drive admissions to meet daily, weekly, monthly targets; explain pricing, offers,
and EMI plans; complete payment and documentation.
Objection Handling: Resolve queries on fees, time, career shift, and ROI with empathy and
data-backed responses (reviews, success stories, outcomes).
Reporting: Share end-of-day (EOD) call sheet: dials, connects, demos booked, conversions,
revenue; highlight risks and support needed.
Collaboration: Coordinate with academics/operations for smooth onboarding; schedule
demos/masterclasses; collect feedback and testimonials.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Daily Dials / Connect Rate (e.g., 80120 dials; 2535 connects).
Qualified Counselings / Demo Bookings per day.
Enrollment Conversions & Revenue (weekly/monthly).
Lead TAT & Follow-up Discipline (no lead older than SLA without action).
CRM Accuracy (100% remarks updated; correct stage & next action).
NPS / Feedback from learners post-counseling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate; MBA preferred.
25 years in admissions/sales/counseling (EdTech or training preferred).
Excellent communication in English & Hindi; strong listening and empathy.
Proven target achievement; confident closing skills and objection handling.
Comfortable with Google Sheets/CRM, WhatsApp Business, and email etiquette.
