Senior Admissions Counselor

afdindia, is pioneer in entrance coaching in design and architecture entrance exams, is actively seeking result oriented individuals to join our team as Admission Counsellor.

Responsibilities

1. Manage telephonic and walk in enquiries of students/parents.
2. Understand student requirements and suggest the right courses and packages.
3. Provide information about colleges, entrance exams, course content, fees, schedule of the classes.
4. Assist students in the enrolment process and ensure complete documentation
5. Prepare reports, maintain data in various formats as requested by the company like MS.Excel, CRM etc.
6. Respond to queries from students /parents and give timely support.
7. Maintain and update lead records in the internal system.
8. Regular follow up on leads assigned to take admissions.
9. Support the marketing department with outdoor marketing activities.
10. Participate in marketing campaigns, visit schools to arrange career seminars

Qualifications

• Postgraduate in any discipline (science background preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in counselling/admission/sales (education sector preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-Focused with a pleasant attitude
