Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Enquiry & Call Management:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and their guardians.
  • Respond promptly to walk-in enquiries and provide detailed information regarding academic programs.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all student interactions.

Counselling & Guidance:

  • Guide students in selecting appropriate academic programs based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
  • Provide end-to-end support throughout the admission process, including form filling and document verification.

Admissions Process:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the student admission process from lead generation to enrollment.
  • Ensure all required admission and enrollment documents are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist students in completing formalities related to course joining and orientation.

Lead Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain and regularly update student lead databases with current status and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversions and admissions.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages; confident phone and in-person presence.
