Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Admission Counsellor to join our growing EdTech team. The role involves guiding aspiring learners, providing personalized academic solutions, and driving successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound student queries and follow up with leads (database provided).
• Initiate outbound calls to maximize enrollments and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct virtual counseling sessions and product demos.
• Match educational programs with individual career goals.
• Present product offerings confidently and persuasively.
• Build long-term relationships with students through empathy and active listening.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track lead progress.
• Share weekly sales and performance reports with management.
• Ensure student satisfaction to improve referrals and retention.
• Stay updated with new programs and industry trends through training.

Candidate Requirements

• 13 years of experience in admissions counseling or outbound sales (EdTech preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, empathetic, and proactive approach.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven with good problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
