Job Title: Senior Administrator Talent Acquisition

Location: Mumbai, India

Reporting To: EVP, Talent Acquisition

Team: Global Talent Acquisition


Role Overview

The Senior Administrator Talent Acquisition will provide high-impact operational, technological, and analytical support to a global Talent Acquisition organization. Based in Mumbai, this role partners closely with the EVP of Talent Acquisition and global TA leadership to ensure seamless execution of TA processes, effective use of technology, and delivery of accurate reporting and insights.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong experience in Talent Acquisition operations, ATS platforms, AI-enabled recruiting tools, and reporting/analytics. Flexibility and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve are essential.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Operations & Process

  • Support and optimize end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes across global regions.
  • Document, maintain, and continuously improve TA workflows, SOPs, and governance.
  • Ensure consistency, compliance, and best practices across TA operations.
  • Partner with recruiters, coordinators, and TA leaders to resolve operational issues efficiently.

Technology & Systems

  • Serve as a key administrator and super-user for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage system configuration, user access, workflows, data integrity, and enhancements.
  • Support implementation and ongoing use of AI-driven recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate engagement, analytics).
  • Partner with HRIS, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and deploy system improvements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain TA dashboards and reports (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, diversity metrics).
  • Provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights to TA leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from the EVP Talent Acquisition and global leadership.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports.

Stakeholder Support

  • Act as a trusted operational partner to the EVP Talent Acquisition.
  • Coordinate global TA initiatives, projects, and communications as needed.
  • Support global meetings, presentations, and executive-level reporting.

Flexibility & Additional Responsibilities

  • Take on additional administrative, analytical, or project-based tasks as required.
  • Support special initiatives related to TA transformation, process optimization, or technology adoption.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, HR administration, or recruiting support roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience using AI-enabled recruiting or HR technology tools.
  • Proven experience in TA reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with reporting or BI tools is a plus.
  • Experience supporting global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.


Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (administration, reporting, or configuration).
  • Experience with Phenom or similar AI-powered talent experience platforms.
  • Experience supporting executive-level leaders.
  • Exposure to TA transformation or digital/AI recruiting initiatives.
  • Familiarity with global compliance and data privacy considerations in recruiting.
