Senior Actuary

Job requirements:

• Pricing, reserving, reinsurance, capital modeling, solvency, and regulatory reporting.

• Proficiency in tools like Excel (advanced), Emblem, Radar

• Knowledge (intermediate to expert) in coding languages such as SAS, R and/or python

• Statistical modeling & analytics - Exposure to GLMs, loss triangles, and trend analysis.

• Understanding of IRDAI regulations, Solvency II, IFRS 17, and financial condition reporting.

Experience

• 10 years of experience in the actuarial domain (Qualified actuary ), with at least 3 years of experience in the Indian General insurance industry

• Experience in general insurance actuarial teamsespecially in pricing, reserving, or reinsurance.

• Exposure to product development and portfolio profitability reviews.

• Prior interaction with regulators, auditors, and management reporting.
