Senior Accounts Manager

The Senior Accounts Manager will be responsible for end-to-end hotel accounting operations , statutory compliance, financial controls, and managerial oversight of the accounts department. The role demands strong hotel-sector experience , compliance expertise, and leadership capability.

• Manage complete hotel accounting operations including:
• Daily revenue accounting
• Expense monitoring
• Cash & bank reconciliation
• Ensure GST compliance , filing of returns, and coordination with consultants
• Handle statutory compliances , taxation, and audit requirements
• Oversee hotel billing systems , night audit coordination, and revenue checks
• Prepare monthly MIS reports , P&L statements, and financial analysis
• Coordinate with internal & external auditors
• Maintain strong financial controls and SOP adherence
• Lead, train, and supervise the accounts team
• Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Liaise with operations departments for financial accuracy and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hotel industry standards

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Manager
• Out of which minimum 3 years must be in a hotel , working as Lead / Head of Accounts
• Hotel experience must be part of the total 5 years
• Must have complete managerial-level experience in hotel accounts
• Prior experience in 4-Star / 5-Star hotels preferred

• M.Com OR CA Qualified (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting practices
• In-depth understanding of GST, taxation, and statutory filings
• Proficiency in MIS preparation and financial reporting
• Leadership and team-handling skills
• High attention to detail and compliance orientation
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong coordination and communication skills
