The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate bookkeeping in Tally, handling reconciliations, and supporting financial compliance and reporting.

• Handle complete day-to-day accounting operations
• Maintain books of accounts usingTally (ERP)
• Performbank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and updates
• Assist inGST compliance, returns, and audits
• Monitor expenses and prepare MIS reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Hands-on experience withTally
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in theFood Industry will be an added advantage
