Senior Accounts Executive

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team who will be responsible for managing endtoend accounts receivable, accounts payable, and statutory compliance activities while supporting smooth financial operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable:

• Generating invoices and account statements / reconciliations.
• Tracking and follow up for Purchase orders, Renewals and Collections
• Maintaining accounts receivable records like Customer contract, Purchase Orders, and Invoices
• Posting of sales entries in accounting software (Tally).
• Interact with India & Global Sales and Delivery & Operations team for reports / collections / clarifications.

Accounts Payable:

• Booking of vendor invoices as per the account standards in Tally.
• Scrutinizing of vendor invoices with reference to Purchase order / Approvals
• Vendor Invoices follow up and Payments to vendor as per the terms.
• Reimbursement expenses verification and Corporate Credit card expenses verification
• Maintenance of Vendor records Invoices, Purchase Order, Vendor Contracts etc
• Interact with other departments for Raising Purchase Order etc.

Compliance:

• Month compliances TDS / GST / PF / ESIC etc
• Coordination for completion of the Audit Internal / External for all the regions
• Quarterly compliances Filing & Issue of Form 16A to vendors and stakeholders.
• Half yearly compliances Professional Tax
• Annual compliance Labour Welfare Fund / Form 16 to employees etc

Qualifications

• 3+ Years Accounting Experience
• Hands on experience in Tally, TDS, GST
• Bachelor/ Masters degree in Accounts & Finance or any related field
• Experience with SaaS financials and SaaS revenue recognition desirable but not essential.
• The ability to think about the future and stay ahead of the curve smartly and efficiently is important.
