Position 1: Senior Accounts Executive

Experience: 4+ Years

Salary Range: 45,000 55,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountants executive who can independently manage the complete accounting cycle, conduct detailed cost analysis, prepare financial statements, and support strategic decision making for our clients. The candidate must be someone who learns fast, adapts to new country specific regulations, and can build effective accounting and operational systems from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Control

Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Oversee accounts receivable functions including billing and collection follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations across multiple countries.

Cost & Management Accounting

Develop and maintain cost accounting systems for project-based operations.

Analyze service-wise and project-wise profitability.

Perform cost variance analysis and recommend cost optimization strategies.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement

Create and maintain financial models, dashboards, and MIS reports using Advanced Excel.

Analyze financial trends, risks, and performance indicators.

Streamline processes using automation & best practices.

Leadership & Coordination

Coordinate with operations, client management, and internal teams.

Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders.

Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.

Qualifications & Skills

CA Inter / CMA / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

4+ years of accounting experience

Ind AS knowledge and IFRS exposure preferred

Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (mandatory)

Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar ERPs

Strong analytical ability and high attention to detail

Capability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good communication skills.
