Senior accountant-CFO Services

We are a growing financial consulting firm providing Virtual CFO services, tax advisory, and compliance support to mid-sized businesses. Our team works closely with business owners to deliver end-to-end financial oversight with a focus on value, timeliness, and strategic support.

We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can work closely under the guidance of a CFO Manager to support multiple client accounts. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting reviews, payroll and statutory compliance, and assisting in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries. This role requires client interaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to visit client sites when needed.

• Perform monthly accounting reviews across client books (Tally/Zoho).
• Reconcile payroll and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other compliance summaries.
• Assist in MIS and financial reporting, including budget vs actuals.
• Ensure clients adhere to timelines and SOPs for monthly data submission.
• Liaise with internal and client teams to collect, review, and clarify financial records.
• Visit client offices across Hyderabad when required (reimbursed).
• Support senior management with financial insights and documentation.

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and compliance.
• Experience in managing multiple client accounts is a must.
• Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, and Excel.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with an aptitude for learning new systems and processes.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
